Precision Automotive and Transmission president James McNeal began his automotive career working on race cars after high school as an auto technician for local Ford and GM dealerships. He purchased Precision Automotive in June 1996 and with the successful growth of the company, expanded in 2003 to a larger, state-of-the-art facility, located at 2675 North Main Street, Paris, Texas.

James is married to Johnna McNeal, a CPA at Malnory Mcneal & Co., a regional accounting firm. The couple have three children, J.D. 28, Natalie 21, and Drew 17. The family attends Immanuel Baptist Church where James is a deacon and lists his hobbies as traveling, drag racing, and spending time with family.
